If you had to redo your previous project how long would it take? 50%? 25?
My guess is even less. That means that most of our time is not spend on creating, but on learning. So why is that in projects we only focus on creating things?
Our top priority should be learning things as quickly as possibly. Together with the participants I would like to explore on how we can learn faster while innovating.
